By accessing or using Stimp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Stimp is a community-powered platform where golfers share real-time golf course conditions, including green speed, fairway conditions, pace of play, and other course details. The platform is provided as-is and is intended for informational purposes only.

User Accounts

To submit reports or follow courses, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may only create one account per person.

User Content

When you submit condition reports, confirmations, or other content, you grant Stimp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content on the platform. Reports are public and visible to all visitors.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your reports. Do not submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading course condition reports
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform

Intellectual Property

The Stimp name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of Stimp. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Stimp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Course condition reports are submitted by community members and may not be accurate or up to date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stimp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on course condition reports.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
